Toyota Proace Max L3H2 workshop van fit-out - functionality, organisation and full equipment

For Visolis we built a mobile workshop in a Toyota Proace Max L3H2. Inside you will also find a recess for PACKOUT boxes, StoreVan shelving units and the company's engraved logo.
Solid protection of the cargo area
The base of the fit-out is standard 12 mm plywood, used for the floor.
The side panels are finished with 6.5 mm plywood with a phenolic film. The coating increases the material's resistance to abrasion and moisture.
We made a full bulkhead from 6.5 mm plywood, providing additional protection.
The whole is completed with custom engraving of the company logo - the logo appears on the bulkhead, the door and the wheel arch cover.
Premium wheel arch covers and space for PACKOUT
On the left side of the fit-out we used an X-Tra Premium wheel arch cover with a recess prepared for PACKOUT boxes.
We made the right wheel arch cover in the Premium version and protected it with aluminium fittings.
The rear doors also feature structural reinforcement for the PACKOUT system.
The work area is completed by a durable worktop made from our strong plywood.
AIRLINE WISTRA load securing system
In the van we installed a professional AIRLINE load securing system from the recommended German brand WISTRA.
The system is complemented by:
auto-retracting strap for AIRLINE,
holder for AIRLINE,
hanger,
integrated LED lighting on the ceiling rails.
This solution lets you flexibly adapt how the equipment is secured to the load being carried at the time.
StoreVan workshop van fit-out - order in every spot
The equipment is organised by workshop shelving units from the Italian brand StoreVan. StoreVan systems are made of, among other materials, steel, aluminium and plastics.
The shelving units are fitted with shelves, trays and drawers, so every tool and material can have its own place.
There is also a practical cleaning corner, made up of a paper holder and a tank, which proves very useful in daily work.
Complete 12 V and 230 V electrical system
A complete electrical package designed for working with devices requiring 12 V as well as 230 V power.
The installation includes, among other things, a latching LED switch, an LED indicator light in the driver's cab, a cigarette lighter socket, a double 230 V switch and a 230 V socket.
Power for 230 V devices comes from a Green Cell 12 V / 230 V inverter with 3000 W power and 6000 W peak power. We also carried out the complete installation and fitted appropriate circuit protection.
The system is complemented by a lever switch, an indicator light in the fuse box and a 6-circuit 12 V fuse box with the wiring mounted on the wall.
The van's equipment is completed by an LED searchlight, providing an additional light source.
Generator slide-out - a practical custom-made solution
We made a slide-out - the module is fitted with runners and made of plywood, and when pulled out of the fit-out it serves as a stable platform for the generator. We added an extra leg, so the extended slide-out needs no additional support.
This is an example of a solution where we made maximum use of the available space while keeping work comfortable and the device easy to access.
Lighting and warning signalling
We also mounted a 150 cm VISOLIS Strobos Optima warning light bar on the roof. The signalling system includes an illuminated VISOLIS sign and two strobe lights installed in the vehicle's dummy grille.
Everything is integrated with a control panel placed in the driver's dashboard.
Ventilation and winch - solutions tailored to daily work
The fit-out also includes an Easy Aero fan from Imbema, designed for effective air exchange in the cargo area and better ventilation.
The van is equipped with a Dragon Winch with synthetic rope. We made a special steel structural reinforcement designed for the loads generated by winch operation. An additional advantage is the ability to move the winch, so its position can be adapted to the job at hand.
