Renault Master L4H3 Van Fit-Out for the R1G Racing Team Professional Go-Kart Service

Precise scan and fit-out tailoring

The Renault Master L4H3 for R1G Racing Team is another project we have completed for this company. The van was scanned in detail, which allowed a perfect fit for every part of the fit-out.

Floor and side panels

• Floor: 12 mm thick anti-slip hexa plywood, waterproof and easy to clean, protected with an aluminium threshold strip. The thresholds are made of the same plywood. The floor is covered with a reinforced rubber mat cut to fit the fit-out.
  
  

• Side and door panels: plywood laminated on both sides, 6.5 mm, waterproof and easy to keep clean.

• Wheel arch covers: made from both types of plywood, protected with aluminium fittings.

Structural reinforcement

For the Airline rails designed for heavy loads, we made a structural reinforcement from aluminium sheet. Load securing anchor points were added to the Airline rails themselves, ensuring stability and safety for the transported components.

Lighting and power system

• LED lighting above the rear doors and above the work surface.
  
  

• CEE 230V power socket on the outside of the vehicle.

• LED work light with a magnet, powered from the charger socket.

• LED lighting along the entire length of the fit-out

• Indicator light in the driver's cab showing the lighting status.

• 230V power sockets inside the vehicle by the work surface.

Workbench

We installed a workbench with drawers from Tecnolam. The workbench is clad in plywood laminated on both sides, with a engraved company logo. The work surface is made of 20 mm plywood, offering high strength and resistance to everyday use.
