Durable floor and side panels

We fitted the floor with 12 mm waterproof plywood, topped with checker plate. This makes the floor exceptionally resistant to heavy loads and easy to keep clean.

The side panels are made of high-quality 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. The material is waterproof, very durable and easy to clean - ideal for everyday work on construction sites.

Wheel arch covers and bulkhead

We made two types of wheel arch covers. The standard cover (left) is reinforced with aluminium fittings, while the other is our own XTra wheel arch cover (right) - extended towards the rear doors, providing additional storage space.

We built the bulkhead in two sections from 6.5 mm plywood. In the upper section we installed functional hangers for cables, hoses and other items that need to be stored neatly.

GEMA workshop shelving units

The fit-out is equipped with sturdy workshop shelving units from the Italian brand GEMA. They are made of lightweight, durable anodised aluminium, which ensures high corrosion resistance, durability and low weight. The shelving units include shelves, drawers and practical storage compartments. We mounted a vice on the worktop, and the portable Shoulder Sink washing station is an additional advantage.

WISTRA load securing system

We installed practical AIRLINE rails from the German brand WISTRA. They are fitted with auto-retracting straps and load securing fittings. On the ceiling we installed rails with built-in LED strips, which light the entire work area perfectly.

EcoFlow power supply

We installed the EcoFlow DELTA 3 power system and the EcoFlow Alternator Charger. The set provides reliable 230 V and 12 V power both when parked and while driving. Thanks to the Alternator Charger, the power station is charged directly from the alternator, using energy generated while driving. EcoFlow can power electric tools, charge batteries and run network devices.

Electrical system

We completed the full electrical installation in the vehicle. We installed:

• a latching switch with LED backlight,
• an indicator light in the driver's cab,
• an additional 12V cigarette lighter socket,
• a 230V mains switch,
• a 230V power socket in the cargo area.
