Floor and side panels

The floor is protected with plywood (12 mm) and covered with checker plate. The side panels (6.5 mm), bulkhead and wheel arch covers are made in the premium version - they are waterproof, easy to clean and durable. We adapted one wheel arch cover to carry a ramp.

EcoFlow DELTA 2 Max

In the cargo area we placed an EcoFlow Delta 2 Max portable power station with a capacity of 2048 Wh and an output of 2400 W, which can be quickly charged to 80% in about 43 minutes.

We also installed a winch, mounted on a bracket under the modular shelving unit.

The vehicle's electrical system was left untouched, and the devices are protected by a sturdy, easy-to-open enclosure with an inspection opening and a transparent protective mat.

Electrical system and folding work table

Above the table we installed an electrical package with 230 V sockets, connected to the ECOFLOW system and working without any interference in the vehicle's electrical system, while the table with a quick-folding system is made of 22 mm plywood and aluminium profiles.

StoreVan

The StoreVan shelving unit is equipped with fixed and telescopic shelves with a tilting front as well as drawers and small parts bins.
It also includes a module with large EURO BOX EASY containers and a folding table with a vise and a gas strut. All components are mounted on Airline rails. The fit-out also includes a StoreVan hand-washing set, providing convenience and hygiene in a mobile workshop.

AIRLINE WISTRA load securing system

The WISTRA AIRLINE system provides reliable and comprehensive load securing. We mounted the rails on the side walls, the bulkhead and in the ceiling, where they are also fitted with LED lighting. Auto-retracting straps make it possible to safely transport an aluminium ramp and a ladder.

The AIRLINE system also uses PEN-BEAM load bars, which effectively prevent cargo from shifting. The bars are mounted both in the AIRLINE system in the shelving unit and on a rail fitted to the side wall, ensuring the safety of transported loads.
