Durable cargo area fit-out

• We built the floor from 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood that is also waterproof, in grey.
  
  
• The side panels are made from 6.5 mm double-sided laminated, waterproof plywood in grey.
  
  
• We also installed XTra wheel arch covers made from both types of plywood. They were enlarged and extended towards the rear doors, which gives additional storage space.
  
  
• We insulated the ceiling with a rubber mat with an aluminium foil layer, then fitted a ceiling lining made of durable PP plastic, resistant to moisture and wear and tear.
  
  
• The entire fit-out has been carefully sealed, which improves its durability and finish.

EcoFlow-based power system

We installed a modern power system in the vehicle, based on the EcoFlow DELTA 3 portable power station and the EcoFlow Alternator Charger. EcoFlow is an advanced energy storage system that powers electrical devices both while driving and when parked.

For the installation, we built a dedicated technical shelf between the seats. It is made from 12 mm plywood and covered with black ABS sheet, giving it a consistent look and a surface that withstands everyday use better.

230 V and 12 V electrical system

We installed a complete electrical package covering both 230 V and 12 V power. The fit-out includes two internal 230 V sockets with full wiring. We also installed a 12 V cigarette lighter socket and fitted a two-way ON/OFF switch that controls the LED lighting in the cargo area. An indicator light was also installed in the driver's cab.

AIRLINE load securing system

We fitted a professional AIRLINE load securing system. It is equipped with specialist load securing anchor points, a clothes hanger and auto-retracting straps. We also mounted Airline rails with integrated LED lighting on the ceiling, improving both functionality and working comfort.

Folding work table with inspection hatch

A folding work table mounted on the vehicle's bulkhead. The whole structure is made from 12 mm hexa plywood and precisely fitted to the Volkswagen Transporter fit-out. Under the table we made a large inspection hatch that gives convenient access to the technical space. Both the work table and the inspection hatch can stay open during use. Both elements are fitted with latch bolts that keep them securely closed.
