Walls, doors and bulkhead - durable interior protection

• Side walls:
  We lined them with high-quality 6.5 mm hardwood plywood. The right wall is made as a single panel for full stability. The left wall consists of two elements joined by an aluminium strip, despite the vehicle's great length (L5).
  
  
• Rear and side doors:
  We made them as a single piece, which improves durability and appearance. We protected them with 6.5 mm hardwood plywood.
  
  
• Bulkhead:
  We built it as a half-height bulkhead, using the same 6.5 mm plywood.
  
  
• Floor:
  We use highly durable 12 mm plywood. The anti-slip surface increases safety, and an aluminium strip protects the floor edges.

Wheel arch covers

We made the wheel arch covers from two types of plywood and additionally protected them with aluminium fittings, which ensures resistance to everyday use and the transport of heavy materials.

Airline load securing system

The final stage of the project was a professional load securing system based on Airline rails. We mounted the rails on the side walls, the bulkhead and the ceiling, where we used rails with LED lighting.
