Waterproof plywood side and door panels

We fitted out the cargo area of a Volkswagen Crafter L2H1 using two types of plywood: premium and standard. For the side and door panels we used waterproof, double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm thick - a premium material that is easy to keep clean and highly durable. The individual panels are joined with aluminium strips, which give the structure both strength and a neat finish.

Durable cargo area finish

The floor is made of durable standard plywood, 12 mm thick - suited to daily use and resistant to heavy loads. The wheel arch covers are protected with aluminium fittings and made from a combination of both plywood types, which keeps the materials consistent and increases resistance to mechanical damage.

A simple but solid and functional fit-out, built for everyday use.
