Van fit-out for the industrial installation sector in an Iveco Daily L3H2

For Zibi Montage Zbigniew Łukomski we built a van fit-out tailored to the needs of the industrial installation sector.

Durable floor and wall fit-out

We installed a 12 mm anti-slip floor as a single piece and finished it with aluminium trims, which ensures stability and resistance to damage. The side and door panels and the bulkhead are made of 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, which withstands daily wear. We built the bulkhead from three parts, so we did not reduce the space inside the vehicle.

StoreVan shelving unit

The StoreVan shelving unit, made of high-strength steel and aluminium, is fitted with shelves, drawers, bins, paper holders and a dedicated shelf for silicone sealants and small accessories.

Airline system from Wistra

We also installed Airline rails in the vehicle: on the walls, with steel cable hangers with rubber bumpers - mounted on an additional substructure that reinforces the construction - and on the ceiling, where two of them are fitted with LED lighting. The rails also have dedicated auto-retracting straps and load securing brackets, which are compatible with the StoreVan system, making the fit-out more versatile.

XTra wheel arch cover + transport box

In addition, we made an Xtra wheel arch cover, extended toward the side door, and a wheel arch panel made of 12 mm plywood for the safe storage of aerosol cans. The transport box made of 12 mm plywood is sized to fit cable drums and is fully removable.
