Floor and side panels - a solid base

We started by removing the old fit-out. The vehicle floor is made of load-resistant plywood 12 mm thick, covered with durable checker plate.
The side panels are double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm thick, waterproof and easy to clean. We also made a precise engraving of the Inpromel Sp. z o.o. logo. The entire fit-out has been carefully sealed to provide long-lasting protection against moisture and dirt.

Ceiling lining

We insulated the vehicle ceiling with a rubber mat with aluminium foil, which reduces heat loss and dampens vibrations. The final finish is made of durable PP plastic, resistant to damage and easy to keep clean.

Premium wheel arch covers with a custom design

In this vehicle we used premium wheel arch covers with aluminium fittings. We also prepared a plywood wheel arch panel for the safe storage of aerosol cans.

GEMA shelving units and work modules

We installed two GEMA shelving units made of anodised aluminium. The first is mounted on the bulkhead, the second on the left side of the cargo area. The left shelving unit is equipped with a pull-out work surface, making service tasks in the field easier. On the rear doors we mounted a Shoulder Sink system, i.e. a mobile hygiene station.

EcoFlow mobile power

The GEMA shelving unit houses an EcoFlow DELTA portable power station, for which we made a dedicated access opening that protects it and makes it easier to use. In the side panel behind the shelving unit we created a recess, which we insulated with a rubber mat with aluminium foil - it holds the EcoFlow Alternator Charger, which charges automatically while driving and remains easily accessible.

Load securing and organisation

We mounted Airline rails on the bulkhead and on the side wall. We fitted them with load securing hooks, auto-retracting straps and clothes hangers. On the ceiling we installed Airline with LED lighting. We also made an aluminium rail with quick-release clamps, which can be freely moved and positioned using wing bolts.

Electrical system and additional equipment

We fitted the vehicle with an electrical panel containing a 12V cigarette lighter socket, two 5V USB ports and a built-in display. We also installed an interior light switch, a 230V socket in the cargo area, an LED indicator light in the driver's cab, a powerful LED searchlight, LED lighting above the pull-out work surface and a compressor connection kit, which we placed in the GEMA shelving unit.
