Professional van fit-out for Högert Technik

We completed a display van fit-out in a Nissan Interstar for Högert. The project covered the full visual and technical preparation of the vehicle - from the colour change and wrap to a specialist interior fit-out.

The project began with a vehicle colour change and advertising graphics on Arlon cast film, produced by Studio Reklamy EFEKT. We then insulated the ceiling with a 19 mm aluminium foil layer and an additional 3 mm layer.

Durable, waterproof interior fit-out

We built the vehicle interior from waterproof, easy-to-clean materials.

• The floor is 12 mm plywood, finished with aluminium threshold strips.
• We made the side panels and the bulkhead from 6.5 mm double-sided laminated plywood.
• The wheel arch covers are made from a combination of both types of plywood and protected with aluminium fittings.
• We made the ceiling from 6.5 mm double-sided laminated plywood.

Load securing system from Wistra

We installed Wistra Airline rails in the vehicle. The rails have rubber protectors that keep the cargo and fit-out components from being damaged. They also feature load securing fittings and auto-retracting straps.

Electrical system and modern LED lighting

One of the key elements of the fit-out is an electrical system adapted to UK market requirements. The ceiling lighting consists of two LED strips - some connected to the vehicle's factory wiring and the rest directly to the battery. We also installed an external 230V power supply with adapters for UK plugs.

In addition, we created illuminated company logos mounted under the ceiling and on the bulkhead. We used the Altuglas LED System, based on high-quality cast acrylic sheet (PMMA-C) optimised for LED lighting. This solution ensures even light diffusion.

GEMA shelving units

We installed shelving units from the Italian brand GEMA on both sides of the vehicle. GEMA workshop van fit-outs are made from high-quality steel and durable structural components, ensuring stability, strength and a long service life.

Display elements

The final stage of the project was the installation of perforated panels fitted with holders for displaying tools, supplied by the client. As a result, the vehicle works as a mobile showroom, allowing professional product presentation.
