A fit-out built for everyday challenges

Fluocontrol is a company specializing in modern pump systems, offering advanced solutions for transporting liquids and gases across a range of industries. In this project we delivered a complete fit-out of the cargo area of a Mercedes Citan, using durable, resistant materials.

Side and door panels

The interior of the vehicle was finished with waterproof, double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm thick. The material is exceptionally durable and easy to keep clean, ideal for everyday use.

Anti-slip floor

The floor is made of waterproof anti-slip plywood, 12 mm thick, which provides grip, resistance to damage and easy cleaning. A solid base strip on the floor prevents euro pallets from shifting while driving - a guarantee of safe transport.

Load securing system

On the bulkhead, the side panels and the cargo box we installed Airline rails with auto-retracting straps and anchor points, allowing quick and reliable securing of transported materials.

Shelving unit with a drawer - the heart of the fit-out

The key element of the fit-out is a shelving unit placed by the bulkhead. The integrated drawer, opening from the side door, can work as one large space or, thanks to removable dividers, be easily split into smaller sections. The drawer is fitted with ball-bearing slides with a 250 kg load capacity and a lock-in / lock-out function. The JUNKER Slide mechanism has hardened balls and an automatic latch, which ensures smooth operation.
