Van fit-out for Iveco Daily L4H3 with dual rear wheels and no floor anchor points

This project covered a complete cargo area fit-out in an Iveco Daily L4H3 with dual rear wheels, tailored to the customer's requirement of having no anchor points in the floor.

The scope of work included:

• a high-strength 12 mm plywood floor, finished with an aluminium edge trim
  
  
• installation of side and door panels made of 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, joined with aluminium rails
  
  
• enlarged wheel arch covers with extra usable space and aluminium fittings
  
  
• full sealing of the entire fit-out for greater durability and protection of the interior
  
  
• a partial bulkhead built to half height
