A van fit-out tailored to the needs of the food industry
We completed a full van fit-out for an Iveco Daily L3H2 with windows in the rear and side doors for Kwaszarnia, a company specializing in the production of sauerkraut, pickles and sour rye soup (żurek). The entire structure is made of premium, fully waterproof materials that are easy to clean.
Floor - durable and fully sealed
We made the floor from 12 mm thick anti-slip hexa plywood. We removed the factory-fitted cup holder mounts so that the surface is uniform and completely waterproof. We also installed a seal at the front of the vehicle.
Side panels and bulkhead - lasting protection
We lined the side panels, doors and bulkhead with double-sided laminated waterproof plywood, 6.5 mm thick. The material is moisture-resistant, easy to clean and ideally suited to transporting food products.
Wheel arch covers - reinforced and safe
We made the wheel arch covers from both types of plywood and additionally protected them with aluminum fittings. As a result, the structure is not only sturdy but also resistant to mechanical damage.
Functionality for transporting barrels
We mounted four large handles on the side walls, which allow barrels of pickled produce to be secured and transported safely, ensuring stability while driving. Finally, we added a subtle engraving that highlights the individual character of the fit-out without affecting its waterproofing.
