Van fit-out for a Volkswagen Crafter with dual rear wheels

The project covered a complete fit-out of the cargo area in a Volkswagen Crafter.

The scope of work included:

• building a high-strength floor from 12 mm plywood, finished with an aluminium trim strip
  
  
• installing side and door panels made of 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, joined with aluminium strips
  
  
• making enlarged wheel arch covers with additional usable space and aluminium fittings
  
  
• full sealing of the entire fit-out for greater durability and interior protection
