Van fit-out Fiat Ducato L4H3 for Light Sound Vision

Premium Plywood

The anti-slip, water-resistant HEXA floor, 12 mm thick, provides stable and safe working conditions in the vehicle. We made the side panels from high-quality, water-resistant, double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm thick. The wheel arch covers are protected with aluminium fittings.

Bulkhead soundproofing

We soundproofed the bulkhead with a self-adhesive mat that reduces vibration and noise. The butyl layer dampens vibrations, while the aluminium surface protects the vehicle interior from overheating.

Ceiling insulation and paneling with lighting

We lined the ceiling with a rubber mat with aluminium foil, then covered it with double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm thick. The whole is complemented by energy-efficient LED lighting.

Interior upholstery service

To give the interior a neat finish, we used technical felt. The soft polyester fibre material not only finishes the surface but also adds a layer of sound dampening. The felt is dense, pleasant to the touch and adheres well to smooth surfaces.

Over-cab space and bulkhead fit-out

We built out the space above the cab to create an additional shelf. The bulkhead is finished with premium materials in grey, giving the vehicle a consistent, professional look. The whole area is also covered with a 2.3 mm butyl mat that reduces vibration and improves soundproofing.

Rails and securing mounts

We fitted the bulkhead and side walls with an AIRLINE rail for load securing, along with clothes hangers and specialist eyelet mounts for transporting crates with a load capacity of 1000 kg.

For maximum vehicle protection, we used checker plate aluminium bumper covers and a stainless steel inner sill protector. The van is also equipped with a loading ramp, which makes loading and unloading heavy items easier, improving working comfort and safety. We also installed a 4K 70mai dash cam.
