Upholstering the rear cab wall - Mercedes-Benz Sprinter for a box body fit-out

We upholstered the bulkhead on the passenger side of a Mercedes Sprinter. We used premium-grade technical felt, which combines a neat look with sound insulation for the vehicle interior.

The felt is made of soft polyester fibre. It is high-density and has a pleasant texture to the touch. Thanks to a strong adhesive layer, the material bonds permanently to the body. The felt adds an extra layer of sound damping. We precisely fitted the material to the shapes and surface, which guarantees a clean final result and full coverage of the bulkhead.
