Ceiling insulation and finish

We started by removing the factory fit-out, then insulated the ceiling with a rubber mat with an aluminium foil layer. The ceiling was finished with PP plastic, and the entire fit-out was carefully sealed.

Premium panels, floor and wheel arch covers

We used Premium side panels made of double-sided laminated plywood, which is waterproof, easy to keep clean and 6.5 mm thick.

The floor is made of 12 mm Premium anti-slip hexa plywood - waterproof and resistant to heavy use.

The fit-out is complemented by XTra Premium wheel arch covers made of double-sided laminated plywood with aluminium fittings. Their design creates additional storage space.

We engraved the Mattson company logo on the doors.

Wistra load securing system

We equipped the vehicle with a system of Airline rails from the German brand Wistra. The rails are recessed into the floor and also mounted on the side walls, which we fitted on additional structural reinforcement.

The system is complemented by load securing anchor points, auto-retracting straps with handles and hangers.

12V installation and lighting

We installed a 12V socket with a complete electrical installation in the fit-out. The vehicle is also equipped with a portable LED spotlight with a magnet, powered directly from the 12V socket.

Motorcycle transport stand

The key element of the fit-out is the motorcycle transport stands. The adjustment fits front wheels with a diameter of 14 to 21 inches, and the solid, galvanised construction ensures stable and secure fastening during transport. A protective mat on the wheel arch cover also protects the surface from scratches. The solution is designed for storing the customer-supplied loading ramp and securing it to the Airline rail.

For this project we modified the stand's design to allow quick installation and removal on the Airline rails using wing bolts. After the changes, the whole unit was given anti-corrosion protection.
