Side panels, floor and wheel arch covers - Premium package

• Premium side panels - double-sided laminated plywood, 6.5 mm, waterproof, impact-resistant, easy to clean.
  
  

• Premium floor - anti-slip hexa plywood, waterproof, 12 mm.

• XTra Premium wheel arch covers - double-sided laminated plywood, waterproof, with additional storage space.

Insulation and finishing of the bulkhead and ceiling

• Full bulkhead protection - double-sided laminated plywood, waterproof, 6.5 mm.

• Checker plate plinth on the lower part of the bulkhead - fitted to the vehicle structure, protecting the area most exposed to mechanical damage, tightly sealed.

• Ceiling insulation - 20 mm rubber mat with aluminium foil.

• Ceiling lining - durable PP plastic.

Load securing - AIRLINE

The final element of the project was a professional load securing system based on AIRLINE rails, which significantly improves transport safety. We installed AIRLINE load securing rails on the side walls and the bulkhead, and rails with LED lighting on the ceiling.

The AIRLINE system also includes:

• Load securing fittings that clip into the rail

• Auto-retracting straps with AIRLINE fittings

• Clothes hangers

• Adjustable aluminium spreader bars

At the customer's request, we also engraved the company logo on the plywood, giving the vehicle interior an individual, professional look and strengthening the visual identity of the TESKO-STEEL brand.
