Toyota PROACE Extra Long van fit-out for BIT SERVICE

Project for BIT SERVICE

We completed a full interior fit-out of a Toyota Proace Extra Long for BIT SERVICE - a company specializing in servicing and building industrial machinery and automation equipment.

First, we removed the factory plywood and floor and replaced them with our own custom solutions. We lined the side walls with 6.5 mm waterproof plywood laminated on both sides, and protected all hard-to-reach body elements with durable technical felt. The floor is now covered with 12 mm waterproof plywood that is exceptionally resistant to wear.

On the side walls and the ceiling we installed load securing systems in the form of aluminum AIRLINE rails with anchor points and auto-retracting straps. In addition, the ceiling rail has integrated LED lighting, which improves comfort and functionality in the work area.

To make better use of the space, we also built XTra-type wheel arch covers, widened both upwards and sideways. This gave us extra surface for storing tools and equipment.

The bulkhead was modified: we removed the grille and blanked off the opening. The lower part of the bulkhead is protected with plywood, while the entire driver's side surface was soundproofed with a butyl mat with aluminum foil and covered with high-quality technical felt. We also added clothes hooks.
