Standard van fit-out for the new Volkswagen Crafter L2H2

The new VW Crafter

At AMGX, we tailor every van fit-out precisely to the model. This time we prepared a fit-out for the new Volkswagen Crafter L2H2, keeping our standard configuration - 6.5 mm hardwood plywood on the walls and a 12 mm floor.

• The joints between the side panels are made with aluminium connecting strips.
• The floor is finished with aluminium threshold strips at both the side and rear doors.
• The wheel arch covers have aluminium fittings that protect against mechanical damage and increase the durability of the structure.

For this version of the Crafter, we scanned the interior to design new side door panels. The fit-out consists of two elements - the upper one is a large, solid panel covering almost the entire surface of the door, providing additional protection and stability.

This is another project showing that even a standard van fit-out can require an individual approach - especially for new vehicle models.
