Standard van fit-out for a Renault Master L3H2 for transporting oil barrels - project for Trafinoil

Trafinoil is a specialist in the oil industry, supplying high-quality products to business customers. Their operations require reliable and safe transport solutions, tailored to the specific nature of the materials they carry.

The key goal of this project was to create a cargo area perfectly suited to transporting oil barrels . The whole fit-out was designed to cover the cargo area from floor to ceiling - with no gaps, which ensures full protection of the bodywork.

Materials used:

Side and door panels:
To protect the side walls, rear doors and side doors we used 6.5 mm hardwood plywood. This solution effectively protects the vehicle interior.

Floor:
Made of 12 mm plywood, which offers high durability and an anti-slip surface. We also added 6.5 mm plywood reinforcements under the floor, which helps it cope even better with heavy loads.

Wheel arch covers:
The wheel arch covers are made of ABS plastic, so they are waterproof, resistant to damage and very easy to keep clean.

Sealing:
The entire fit-out is fully sealed, which further protects the vehicle interior and increases its durability in everyday use.
