Standard van fit-out for a Mercedes Sprinter L2H2

We completed a full van fit-out for a Mercedes Sprinter L2H2, combining durability, safety and functionality.

The side panels, doors and pillars are protected with 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, ensuring resistance to damage and a long service life. The floor is made of 12 mm anti-slip plywood, finished with aluminium threshold strips, which guarantees safety and stability when transporting cargo.

The wheel arch covers are made by combining both types of plywood and are additionally reinforced with aluminium fittings for greater durability.

For convenience and safety, we installed Airline load securing rails on the side walls and on the bulkhead, with anchor points for securing cargo firmly.

We installed an electrical system connected to the battery. In the pillar by the rear doors we fitted a 12V cigarette lighter socket, which powers a LED work light with a strong magnetic base.

Once the work was finished, the customer also chose a half-height bulkhead with an Airline rail.
