Standard Mercedes Sprinter L3H2 van fit-out - durability and safety

We completed a full van fit-out of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter in the L3H2 version, combining durability, safety and functionality.

• Floor - 12 mm plywood, finished with aluminium threshold strips.
  
  
• Side and door panels and pillars - 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, also made as a single piece.
  
  
• Wheel arch covers - made from a combination of both types of plywood, additionally reinforced with aluminium fittings.
  
  
• Sealing - the entire fit-out has been carefully and comprehensively sealed.
