AMGX special-purpose fit-out based on the Mercedes Sprinter 4x4

We created a special-purpose fit-out for FLYTRONIC S.A. of Gliwice, delivering the project in a Mercedes Sprinter L4H2 4×4. The company specializes in advanced unmanned systems and solutions for the defense and industrial sectors. FLYTRONIC is a brand known for its innovative approach and high technological standards.

Functional GEMA workshop van fit-out

The GEMA workshop van fit-out was designed for maximum functionality. We equipped the shelving units with shelves, drawers, a lockable cabinet and a large desk that allows work at two stations. There is also a practical paper towel holder. The GEMA shelving system is made of lightweight yet durable construction materials such as aluminum and high-quality composite.

Comprehensive protection and insulation of the cargo area

We started with full insulation of the walls, doors and ceiling using a 19 mm bitumen mat with aluminum foil. We then completed comprehensive protection of the interior:

• Floor - 12 mm plywood covered with checker plate
• Side panels - waterproof plywood, laminated on both sides, 6.5 mm, with engraving on the rear doors
• Wheel arch covers protected with aluminum fittings and waterproof plywood
• Ceiling lining made of durable grey PP plastic
• Full sealing of the fit-out interior

Premium bulkhead with backlighting

We built a Premium plywood bulkhead using waterproof plywood, laminated on both sides, 6.5 mm thick. The upper part of the bulkhead features an engraved FLYTRONIC inscription, which is LED backlit from behind. The lighting system allows color changes, so the look can be matched to the company's visual identity. The backlit bulkhead was provided free of charge.

Powerful STANLEY FATMAX compressor

We installed a STANLEY FATMAX compressor with a 6-liter tank and 750 W of power. Devices from this brand are known for high performance, stable working pressure and a compact design. The compressor comes with a complete connection kit and an air supply and outlet system.

230V electrical system and batteries

As part of the comprehensive electrical system, we installed:

Distribution and protection:

• Box with fuse housing
• Internal 230 V switch
• Internal 12 V switch (2 pcs)
• ON/OFF switch for the 12 V cargo area LED lighting

Sockets and panels:

• Panel with a 12 V cigarette lighter socket, two 5 V USB ports and a built-in voltmeter
• External CEE 230 V 16 A power socket
• Internal 230 V power sockets (9 pcs)

Power supply and batteries:

• 100 Ah battery
• Victron Energy converter
• Battery charger
• Installation of the battery and additional equipment
• Cable reel extension lead with CEE 16 A 230 V 16/3 socket - 20 m cable

The whole system provides full energy independence, the ability to run 230 V and 12 V devices, and safety thanks to modern protection systems.

Air conditioning systems and power stations

The vehicle has been equipped with a modern power and comfort package:

• EcoFlow DELTA 3 PLUS - portable power station with high capacity and high output power
• EcoFlow Charger 800W alternator charger - fast charging of the system while driving
• Mestic RTA roof-mounted air conditioner - efficient cooling system
  
  

The EcoFlow systems and the roof-mounted air conditioner provide energy independence and working comfort in the field, enabling long operations without external power.

Airline LED rails - lighting and load securing

On the ceiling and bulkhead we mounted aluminum Airline LED rails, which serve a dual function:

• Interior lighting
• Load securing
  
  

The rails are fitted with auto-retracting straps, load securing fixtures and hooks. This solution increases the functionality of the interior and allows various items to be transported safely.

Additional equipment for greater working comfort

We also fitted the vehicle with a Galia tow bar with a detachable ball and a Dolce Gusto Mini Me automatic coffee machine.
