We completed this project for Agro-Kom Michał Kania - a company specializing in green space management and municipal work. The project was based on a Renault Trafic L2H1.
Complete cargo area fit-out
The client delivered the van with insulation of the side walls and ceiling already installed by the client, using rubber mat, and with the wheel arch covers soundproofed with AB-3s 3 mm butyl mat. We also insulated selected vehicle components. We used an additional 3 mm bitumen mat with an aluminium foil layer to cover the elements on the ceiling.
Durable fit-out made of waterproof plywood
The fit-out uses high-quality plywood: 6.5 mm laminated plywood for the side and door panels and 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood for the floor. Both materials are waterproof, resistant to mechanical damage and easy to keep clean.
We also built X-Tra wheel arch covers from double-sided laminated plywood. In addition to protecting the cargo area, they provide extra storage space for tools and equipment.
Additional solutions in the Renault Trafic fit-out
To make full use of the vehicle's usable space, we made an access opening with a small door in the lower part of the half-height bulkhead. This solution gives convenient access to additional transport space.
Airline system
We installed Airline rails on the side walls and on the ceiling of the van. In the ceiling area, we added reinforcement for mounting the Airline rail and installed a reinforcing aluminium flat bar to strengthen the structure. One of the ceiling Airline rails is also fitted with LED lighting connected to the vehicle's existing electrical system. We also added a spreader bar to the Airline system to secure a mobile fuel tank (425 l) during transport.
