Another fit-out for a returning client

Kastelnik - Czas na sprzątanie is a nationwide leader in specialist cleaning services, such as post-mortem cleaning, disinfection, ozone treatment and fire damage restoration. This is the second time Kastelnik has entrusted us with a complete fit-out for one of its service vehicles.

High-quality materials and functionality

The entire structure is made of premium plywood, which is:

• waterproof,

• easy to clean,

• very durable.

The side panels are made of 6.5 mm plywood, laminated on both sides, which improves their durability and appearance. We also installed load securing points, making it easier to transport equipment safely.

The floor is made of 12 mm anti-slip Hexa plywood - a solution that resists damage and ensures safety in everyday use.

Professional shelving unit and space for containers

The bulkhead, to which we attached a shelving unit from the renowned Italian brand GEMA, is also made of laminated plywood. GEMA systems are well-regarded solutions for professionals - they ensure order, durability and convenient organization of the work space.

Under the shelving unit we designed space for EuroBox containers from Regall. These specialist boxes are ideal for transporting and storing cleaning equipment - they are durable, weather-resistant and perfectly matched to the dimensions of the fit-out.

Rails from Wistra - Cargo Control

In the ceiling of the fit-out we used AIRLINE rails, which allow various types of cargo to be secured. Thanks to auto-retracting straps and fittings that can be freely moved along the rails, the securing system can be perfectly adapted to transport needs.

Wheel arch covers

The vehicle interior is completed by sturdy wheel arch covers, built from two types of premium plywood. We protected the wheel arch covers with aluminium fittings.

70mai camera

At the front of the vehicle we installed a modern 70mai A810 4K camera, which delivers very high image quality and reliability in any lighting conditions. At the rear there is also a Full HD camera that shows what is currently happening in the cargo area.

Lighting

We placed powerful LED lights near the ceiling, which significantly improve visibility around the vehicle. In the driver's cockpit we installed an LED indicator light that shows the status of the work lighting - the driver always knows whether the system is active.

Extras

We also took care of comfort in the driver's area. The cab is equipped with a protective steering wheel cover and a universal adjustable armrest mounted to the seat backrest. The interior is completed by fitted high-quality rubber car mats.
