Renovation of a Renault Master L3H2 fit-out - professional cargo area fit-out

From strip-out to finished fit-out

We renovated the cargo area fit-out in a Renault Master L3H2. We started by removing the worn fit-out, after which a body technician straightened the floor, which had dents. The next stage was building the new fit-out from the proven, durable materials we use in our projects.

Solid side panels and door protection

For the side panels and door protection we used high-quality 6.5 mm hardwood plywood.

Durable 12 mm plywood floor

We made the floor from 12 mm plywood. This solution ensures high resistance to heavy loads and moisture.

Wheel arch covers with extra space

We made the wheel arch covers from a combination of 12 mm and 6.5 mm plywood. The whole structure is additionally protected with aluminium trims. The wheel arch covers are extended upwards, which gave us extra storage space. On one of the wheel arch covers we also made a practical spare wheel mount.

Airline load securing system

We installed Airline rails. The system is equipped with load securing fittings, an auto-retracting strap and a strap for safe transport of the spare wheel.
