Technical specification

Floor:

• 12 mm plywood (1 piece),
• checker plate as the top layer,
• fitted entry sill (side door).

Walls:

• side panels + half-height bulkhead,
• 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides,
• waterproof, easy-to-clean material.

Wheel arch covers:

• covered with technical felt,
• reduces noise,
• neat finish.

Securing systems and lighting

The fit-out features Airline load securing rails from the renowned German brand Wistra. The system is complemented by anchor points, hooks and auto-retracting straps.

Strips with built-in LED lighting were installed on the ceiling, providing very good visibility in the work area.

Shelving units and space organisation

We installed two professional shelving units from the Italian brand Gema, made of lightweight and durable materials. The units are equipped with shelves, compartments and drawers for convenient tool storage. We also fitted a shoulder sink, a portable hygiene station.
