Floor and side panels

For the Iberiss floral studio, we used a 12 mm floor made of anti-slip, waterproof HEXA plywood. This solution ensures not only durability but also safe working conditions. We finished the side panels with 6.5 mm plywood - laminated on both sides and moisture-resistant.

Wheel arch covers

XTra wheel arch covers have been extended with practical storage compartments, creating more space for floral accessories and supplies. Made of high-quality premium plywood, they blend seamlessly into the overall design of the fit-out.

Ceiling

The ceiling lining is made of lightweight, modern PP plastic. It is easy to clean and resistant to everyday use. Energy-saving LED lighting is installed in the ceiling, providing even, bright light throughout the cargo area.

Thermal insulation

The ceiling, side walls and side doors are all insulated with a rubber mat with aluminium foil. This insulation system protects the interior from heat loss in winter and excessive heating in summer, which matters when transporting delicate floral arrangements.

WISTRA load securing system - Airline rails

The vehicle is equipped with professional AIRLINE rails from the renowned brand WISTRA. The set includes clothes hooks, an auto-retracting strap with Airline fittings, and an adjustable aluminium spreader bar that works as a roller, allowing material to be unrolled and rolled up easily. Together, they allow transported materials to be secured safely while keeping the work area tidy.

Adjustable shelf

The fit-out includes a shelf made of HEXA plywood with aluminium angle brackets. Mounting on Airline rails allows the height to be adjusted and the shelf to be removed easily when needed. This practical solution lets users adapt the space to their individual needs.
