Cargo area fit-out for motorcycle transport

In the Renault Trafic L1H1 with a tailgate we completed a full cargo area fit-out designed for motorcycle transport. The materials used ensure high durability, resistance to intensive use and an interior that is easy to keep clean.

• 12 mm HEXA floor - resistant to abrasion and moisture, easy to keep clean and built for heavy loads. We also fitted entry sills at the side doors.
  
  
• 6.5 mm side panels - made of plywood coated on both sides with phenolic film, resistant to mechanical damage and moisture.
  
  
• XTra wheel arch covers - make the most of the space around the wheels, eliminating empty recesses and increasing usable area.
  
  
• Tight sealing of the fit-out - all elements have been carefully sealed, which improves durability and the quality of the finish.

Functional bulkhead

We made the bulkhead from 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides, leaving an opening for an inspection window. The structure is split into two parts, so the lower panel can be removed to access the storage compartment behind the bulkhead. The panel is fixed with three sturdy screws fitted with neat cover caps.

Airline system

We used the Airline system. The rails were mounted on the side walls and the bulkhead. On the bulkhead we used rails with a rubber cover. The whole setup is equipped with hooks and fittings for safe load securing.
