Renault Master L3H2 Van Fit-Out with Full Bulkhead

Scope of work:

• Floor - 12 mm waterproof plywood with an anti-slip surface.
  
  
• Side and door panels - durable 6.5 mm hardwood plywood.
  
  
• Wheel arch covers - protected with aluminium guard strips. We also used our proprietary XTra system - the wheel arch covers were extended towards the doors, creating additional space for storing tools and equipment.

• Full bulkhead - made of 6.5 mm plywood. It is split into two parts, so it fits the vehicle's structure better.
  
  
• Protection of protruding elements - we used grey technical felt, which protects surfaces and improves the look of the fit-out.

• Load securing system - we installed practical AIRLINE rails from the German brand WISTRA, equipped with auto-retracting straps, load securing brackets and large hooks.
  
  
• Load bars - we fitted the van with two load bars with a dedicated mounting system.
  
  
• LED lighting - on the ceiling we installed strips with built-in LED lights, which evenly illuminate the entire work area. We also added a convenient ON/OFF switch to control the lighting.
