Van fit-out project for Trafinoil

We built a special-purpose cargo area fit-out for a Renault Master L3H2 for Trafinoil - a supplier of products for the oil industry.

Complete protection of the cargo area

We lined the walls and doors with 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, made the floor from 12 mm anti-slip plywood with additional reinforcements underneath, and protected the wheel arch covers with durable ABS plastic elements. The whole area was also carefully sealed.

Flexible configuration of the upper level

Thanks to four independent segments, the upper loading level can be arranged freely - using the entire surface or just part of it, e.g. half, 1/3 or 3/4 of the space. This solution lets you adapt the cargo space perfectly to your current needs.

Load securing and practical solutions

In addition, one of the modules is fitted with a special base that keeps the transported barrels from shifting, while a cargo net provides extra load securing.

Optimised transport of oil barrels

The system we designed makes it possible to separate empty barrels from full ones - full barrels are carried on the lower level and empty ones on the upper level. As a result, the usable loading area has increased almost twofold, and the driver's daily work has become significantly easier.
