Renault Master L3H2 van fit-out for the laundry industry

The Renault Master L3H2 van fit-out was designed for the needs of Rudzki Zakład Aktywności Zawodowej, a company specialising in transporting textiles from hospitals to dry cleaners. The structure meets all sanitary requirements and allows the cargo area to be divided hygienically into a "clean" and a "dirty" section.

Side panels and floor

The side panels are made of 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. This material is durable and easy to keep clean. The floor is made of high-quality Premium anti-slip hexa plywood, which offers excellent resistance to mechanical damage and a non-slip surface that improves safety in use. We also installed enlarged wheel arch covers with aluminium trim, which double as practical shelves for small items.

Bulkhead

The bulkhead is mounted on an AIRLINE rail system, so it can be moved. It is adjusted with bolts fitted with plastic knobs, which allows the cargo area to be adapted quickly and easily.
The bulkhead is also sealed with a gasket system, which fully isolates the two zones and minimises the risk of contamination passing between them.
We also added an inspection window, which makes it possible to get to the other side if a door fails.

Cargo area division

The cargo area is divided into two zones:

• Clean clothes zone: equipped with brushed stainless steel rails mounted under the ceiling.
• Dirty clothes zone: intended for transporting trolleys with soiled clothing.

SAFE TRANSPORT OF LOADS

• At the front we used an Airline auto-retracting strap system, which effectively secures the transport trolleys against shifting while driving.
• At the rear we installed Airline-Beam bars from the German company Wistra, which feature an innovative automatic latching system. Made of aluminium, they keep the transport trolley stable. Unlike other bars with springs, which can damage the structure, this solution offers greater reliability and durability.

All elements of the fit-out are made of materials that resist chemicals and can be cleaned with chemical agents. They meet sanitary requirements and ensure a high level of hygiene in all conditions.
