Renault Master L3H2 - van fit-out for Madej Concept

Madej Concept is a company specialising in projects for the technical and design industry. Their work stands out for its attention to detail and solutions tailored to individual needs. For Madej Concept we completed a van fit-out for the Renault Master L3H2, built with durable materials and solutions designed for intensive use.

The client added a personal touch to the fit-out - they made the silicone sealing themselves, and we were impressed.

• Floor - made of 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood, waterproof and easy to clean. The whole floor is finished with an aluminium threshold strip.
  
  

• Side and door panels - covered with 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. The material is durable and moisture-resistant.

• Bulkhead - half-height, covered with 6.5 mm plywood, with a plinth made of the same material at floor level.
  
  
• Wheel arch covers - a combination of anti-slip hexa plywood and laminated plywood, protected with aluminium fittings.
  
• Elements that could not be covered with plywood - covered with black technical felt.

Airline rails were mounted on the side walls at two levels and on the bulkhead. We complemented the rails with load securing brackets with hooks and auto-retracting straps.

The finishing touch is an engraved logo on the bulkhead and side door, which underlines the individual character of the project.
