Renault Master L3H2 van fit-out designed for transporting flowers

For Gospodarstwo Ogrodnicze Lipka we built a cargo area fit-out in a Renault Master L3H2, designed for safe and convenient transport of flower trolleys.

Fit-out made of durable materials

• 12 mm plywood floor - made without cups, so the surface is uniform. This makes it much easier to position and move the flower trolleys.

• Side and door panels - made of 6.5 mm hardwood plywood, which protects against damage during transport.

• ABS wheel arch covers - impact-resistant and easy to keep clean.

Functional cargo area equipment

• LED lighting - placed right under the ceiling, so the interior of the van is evenly lit.

• Airline rails - mounted on the vehicle walls, which we additionally reinforced with aluminium sheet, allowing us to install the rails at a height of 120 cm. We fitted the rails with dedicated spreader bars, which effectively stabilise the flower trolleys and prevent the load from shifting during transport.

• Loading ramp from the renowned BAR company - made of lightweight yet durable aluminium, it has an anti-slip surface and ensures stable, safe loading even of heavier cargo.
  
  
• Spare wheel mount - allows the wheel to be secured in a place where we added extra reinforcement to the fit-out structure.
