Renault Master L3H2 Service Van Fit-Out with Tecnolam Shelving for Rab-Instal

Durable and safe floor and cargo area fit-out

We started by removing the factory fit-out and cleaning the vehicle. We then installed a floor made of 12 mm HEXA plywood, which is waterproof and anti-slip.
The side panels, doors and bulkhead were covered with 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides, which is easy to clean and moisture-resistant.

Tecnolam shelving unit and workbench

We installed a Tecnolam shelving unit with a workbench, equipped with drawers, shelves and practical bins. The structure and shelves are made of high-quality steel sheet 20/10 mm (2 mm) thick, finished with a polyester powder coating, which ensures high resistance to corrosion and mechanical damage.

The Tecnolam system also includes:

• a pull-out vice,

• a hygiene corner - a clean water container and a paper towel holder,

Wistra Airline system and LED lighting

The fit-out uses the Airline system from the German brand Wistra - rails with load securing anchor points, hangers and auto-retracting straps. In addition, Airline rails with LED strips were mounted on the ceiling to effectively light the vehicle interior.

Electrical system, finishing details and personalization

The whole is completed by a full electrical system, including:

• an LED lamp above the workbench,

• a cigarette lighter socket,

• a USB socket

Protruding elements that could not be covered with plywood were protected with technical film, which improves the look and shields the surfaces from damage. An additional personal touch to the project is the Rab-Instal company logo engraved on the rear doors and the bulkhead.
