Renault Master L3H2 - durable fit-out of side panels, doors and wheel arch covers

For the finish of the side panels, doors and bulkhead we used 6.5 mm double-sided laminated plywood. This material is waterproof, resistant to mechanical damage and, importantly, easy to keep clean, which significantly extends its service life in daily use.

The bulkhead and doors were fitted so that they form a uniform, flat surface, ensuring a neat look.

We made the wheel arch covers from 6.5 mm and 12 mm plywood and reinforced their structure with aluminium fittings, which increase durability and resistance to heavy use.
