Renault Master L2H2 van fit-out for Centrum Nowoczesnych Instalacji SANTO

For Centrum Nowoczesnych Instalacji SANTO we completed a full van fit-out of a Renault Master L2H2. We focused on durable materials, practical solutions and a functional layout of the cargo area.

Floor and cargo area protection

We built the floor from 12 mm waterproof anti-slip hexa plywood. The material withstands intensive use and is easy to keep clean.

We lined the side panels with 6.5 mm plywood with a phenolic film coating, which improves resistance to abrasion and moisture.

We also protected the half-height bulkhead and added a floor skirting, both made from 6.5 mm plywood.

Airline system

We installed the Airline system on the bulkhead and the ceiling. The ceiling Airline rails come with integrated LED lighting. We complemented the system with load securing anchor points and auto-retracting straps, which allow the transported equipment to be secured safely.

STOREVAN shelving units

On both sides of the vehicle we installed STOREVAN shelving units made of galvannealed steel, a steel with a zinc coating that increases corrosion resistance. We equipped the shelving units with shelves, drawers, bins and organizers for cylindrical packaging, such as sprays, adhesives and assembly foams. STOREVAN shelving units are also integrated with the Airline system, creating a coherent system for storing and securing equipment. The fit-out also includes a cleaning corner - paper and a water tank with a tap.

In addition, there was free space behind the rear of the shelving unit, where stored items could fall. To make good use of it, we built an additional shelf for storing longer items.

Electrical system and lighting

We also installed the electrical system. It includes an indicator light in the driver's cab, a cigarette lighter socket and an ON/OFF lighting switch by the rear doors.
