Refurbishment of Van Fit-Out and Shelving in a Renault Master L2H2 - Complete Cargo Area Upgrade

Dismantling and vehicle preparation

For IR-COOL we refurbished the cargo area of a Renault Master L2H2, starting with the removal of the old fit-out and the shelving units. We then carried out a thorough cleaning of the interior, preparing it for the installation work and surface protection.

Refurbishment

The STORE VAN shelving units were cleaned and then fitted with precisely cut reinforcing panels made of anti-slip hexa plywood. As a result, the structure was ready to be reinstalled in the new fit-out.

New fit-out made of hardwood plywood

We built a new fit-out using 6.5 mm hardwood plywood for the side and door panels. The floor and bulkhead were made of durable 12 mm plywood, increasing resistance to loads and intensive use. The wheel arch covers combine both types of plywood and are additionally reinforced with aluminium fittings.

Additional equipment and Airline rails

We installed Airline rails on the side walls and the bulkhead, allowing safe load securing. Airline rails were also fitted on the plywood panels next to the shelving units and on the ceiling. In the upper part of the fit-out we also mounted a strip with LED lighting - providing better visibility while working.
