Durable cargo area fit-out for the Volkswagen Crafter

The floor is made of 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood that is waterproof and resistant to heavy use. We also built up the side door sill and fitted an aluminium floor trim.

The side walls are lined with 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. This material is easy to keep clean. The panels are joined with aluminium strips, creating a solid and neat structure.

The wheel arch covers combine two types of plywood and are additionally protected with aluminium fittings. This makes the areas most exposed to damage more resistant when transporting loads.

Convenient access to additional cargo space

The bulkhead is made of 6.5 mm plywood laminated on both sides. We reinforced the structure with aluminium strips, resulting in a durable and stable solution.

We built a practical access hatch into the bulkhead, providing access to an additional part of the cargo area. It is designed as a sliding door for easy access.

Airline system and additional equipment

In the cargo area we installed black anodised Airline rails fitted with hooks, load securing anchor points and auto-retracting straps. We also added a load-bar with dedicated mounting, ensuring safe and stable securing of the transported load.

On the ceiling we also fitted Airline rails with built-in LED strips, which improve working comfort and visibility inside the cargo area.

The fit-out is completed with a rear bumper cover made of checker plate aluminium.
