Professional van fit-out for Renault Trafic Crew Cab L2H1 for PGG S.A.

Durable floor and side panels

We made the floor of the fit-out from 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood. This material is waterproof, resistant to mechanical damage and easy to clean. The anti-slip surface improves safety at work.

The side walls are protected with 6.5 mm plywood panels laminated on both sides. This solution ensures high moisture resistance and durability against dirt and heavy use.

The fit-out also features XTra wheel arch covers, made by combining both types of plywood used. The element has been extended upwards and lengthened towards the rear doors, which created additional storage space.

StoreVan shelving unit

The fit-out includes a professional StoreVan shelving unit made of durable, lightweight components that withstand heavy use and are designed for organising equipment in service vehicles.

The system is equipped with bins, shelves and drawers. We also installed a pull-out worktop with a Yato vice.

Dragon Winch and electrical system

We installed a Dragon Winch in the vehicle and also built the electrical system for it. The device has a remote control, an on/off panel inside the fit-out and additional control buttons by the rear doors of the vehicle.

The Dragon Winch provides a pulling force of up to 907 kg and runs on a 12 V system. Its waterproof housing rated IP67 and the option of wired and wireless control improve reliability and ease of use in different working conditions.
