Professional Iveco Daily L4H3 van fit-out for the events industry

For S-Event, a company in the events industry, we built a fit-out for an Iveco Daily L4H3. The key element of this project is the custom aluminium reinforcements for the Airline rails. The structure was designed to provide maximum strength and stability when transporting flight cases.

• The floor is made from a single sheet of 12 mm plywood. We also enlarged the sill at the side door, which gave us a larger and more functional cargo area.

• The side and door panels are protected with 6.5 mm hardwood plywood. We fitted eyelet anchor points on the side panels, which increase the load securing options.

• The wheel arch covers are made from two types of plywood. We protected them with aluminium edge trims.

Properly designed reinforcements for the Airline rails, a sturdy floor and a well-thought-out protection of the cargo area guarantee safe transport of equipment and comfortable working conditions.
