Thermal and acoustic insulation of the cargo area

We started with multi-layer, thorough insulation of the entire vehicle interior - walls, roof, doors, pillars and hard-to-reach areas. We used a combination of bitumen mats with an aluminium foil layer 19 mm thick, plus an additional 3 mm layer.

Cargo area

• HEXA floor - 12 mm, anti-slip, waterproof, with high mechanical resistance.
  
  
• Side and door panels - 6.5 mm plywood, laminated on both sides and waterproof.
  
  
• Bulkhead - 6.5 mm plywood, additionally sealed and soundproofed.
  
  
• Enlarged wheel arch covers - with extra storage space.
  
  
• PP ceiling - lightweight and easy to clean.
  
  

Everything is precisely fitted and sealed, which increases the durability of the fit-out and its resistance to intensive use.

Airline system - full modularity and safe transport

We installed an extensive Airline load securing system on the side walls, the roof and the bulkhead. On the roof we fitted rails with LED lighting that provide even illumination.

The system comes with a full set of accessories: specialist holders, thumb screws, auto-retracting straps and hooks. The partition wall is also mounted on the Airline system.

Electrical system and LED lighting

We completed a full electrical installation throughout the vehicle, including:

• 12 V sockets,
• a two-way ON/OFF switch,
• an indicator light in the driver's cab.

An important visual element is the illuminated logo on the bulkhead. Made with great precision, it is a modern finishing touch and lights up automatically when the door is opened. We made the logo as an extra within this project - at no additional cost.

Finishing details

We complemented the fit-out with solutions that improve ergonomics and functionality.

• engraved logo in places chosen by the client,

• hanging shelves made of 12 mm HEXA board, reinforced with aluminium strips and mounted on Airline, so they can be adjusted,

• spare wheel mounting adapter on the wheel arch cover with a protective PP board cover,

• Partition wall mounted on Airline, so it can be moved to adjust the cargo area.

This project is an example of a modern and refined fit-out, created for Dom Przyjęć EWA - a venue known for organising elegant receptions and events. The project was fully tailored to the nature of the business and the client's needs.
