Professional Fiat Scudo van fit-out

For the crane company Urbanek, we built a professional fit-out for a Fiat Scudo L1H1, designed for demanding working conditions. We used solid materials to protect the interior and ensure comfortable use.

• Ceiling - made of durable plastic that is scratch-resistant and easy to clean.
• Side walls - 6.5 mm hardwood plywood that protects the interior from damage.
• Floor - 12 mm anti-slip plywood that improves safety and keeps the load stable.
• Wheel arch covers - protected with aluminium fittings, which additionally reinforce the structure and guard against wear. In the wheel arch covers on both sides of the vehicle, we created a dedicated cup holder for everyday convenience.

The ceiling thermal insulation, made of a rubber mat bonded with aluminium, helps maintain a suitable temperature in the cargo area. Aluminium reflects heat, while rubber prevents excessive cooling, which is especially important when transporting sensitive equipment.
