Premium Van Fit-Out in Renault Trafic L2H1

For this project we used top-quality materials that ensure durability and safety in everyday use.

We made the wheel arch covers from plywood and reinforced them with aluminium fittings to increase their resistance to mechanical damage. Elements that we could not protect with plywood were covered with technical felt, which improves the look and protects surfaces from scratches.

The floor is 12 mm thick anti-slip, waterproof hexa plywood, which makes it durable, easy to clean and keeps the transported load stable.

We made the side panels from 6.5 mm thick premium plywood laminated on both sides, which makes them resistant to damage and easy to keep clean.

We built this fit-out for Klamorek, a company that buys antiques and provides cleaning and clearance services. Thanks to our work, the van has become more durable and functional, perfectly matched to the client's needs.
