Practical van fit-out with storage compartment in a Renault Trafic

Functionality and durability

We built a simple but solid van fit-out for a Renault Trafic, focused on durability and practical use of the cargo area. The project aimed to protect the vehicle interior and make it more functional in daily use.

For the fit-out we used durable and attractive materials:

• Side and door panels are covered with 6.5 mm double-sided laminated plywood. This makes the interior resistant to damage and easy to keep clean.

• The floor is made of 12 mm anti-slip hexa plywood, keeping transported loads stable.

• Wheel arch covers are made of ABS plastic - lightweight, yet resistant to impact and moisture.

• At the rear of the fit-out we also built a bulkhead made of 12 mm plywood, fitted with a practical access hatch. It provides access to the storage compartment under the seats, making use of every centimetre of space.

• We also fitted the vehicle with a reliable Galia tow bar.
