Peugeot Partner van fit-out for Inter Service - practical, well-thought-out solutions

Another project with the Inter Service team

Together with the Inter Service team, we have completed another van fit-out - this time on a Peugeot Partner. It is our second project for this company, based on a joint analysis of the vehicle users' needs and tailored technical solutions.

The interior was fitted with Italian GEMA shelving units in an L-shaped layout, which made the most of the working space and improved everyday comfort of use. GEMA shelving units are reliable, lightweight and durable structures made of anodized aluminium. They make excellent use of space, and their modular design allows the layout to be adapted to the user's individual needs. Ideal for everyday work in a service vehicle.

One of the shelving units was additionally mounted using hexa plywood under the roof - a solution previously used in the Ford Transit Courier project, where a similar structure was mounted directly on the roof.

We kept the factory floor and protected the walls and doors against damage. We used lightweight, moisture-resistant laminated plywood, 6.5 mm thick. The material is durable and easy to clean, which works well in everyday use. The doors were decorated with the company logo, which strengthens the brand's visual identity.
