Peugeot Boxer L2H2 - lightweight GEMA shelving units

GEMA, Airline and plywood on the doors

Our project for the Peugeot Boxer L2H2 included:

• Installation of 6.5 mm waterproof, double-sided laminated plywood on the rear doors, with the Inter Service company logo engraved and hand-painted.

• Installation of Airline rails on the side panels and the bulkhead, with load securing anchor points and auto-retracting straps.

• Fitting of lightweight, durable shelving units from the Italian brand GEMA, made of anodised aluminium and composite materials - sturdy, modular and increasing the vehicle's payload.
  
  

• Refreshing of the old wheel arch cover.
  
  

This setup provides a functional workspace with no unnecessary extras - simplicity, durability and good looks are what count.

The floor and side panels were not made by us.
