Peugeot Boxer Flatbed Renovation - new floor and wheel arch covers

A flatbed truck in need of a complete rebuild came into our workshop. Its floor was in very poor condition, so we started by dismantling the entire structure. This allowed us to thoroughly clean and protect the load-bearing elements and prepare the vehicle for the installation of a new cargo area.

We installed a new floor made of solid 18 mm plywood, joined with an aluminium connecting strip. This solution ensures durability, a neat finish and a uniform, strong surface.

We also fitted new wheel arch covers, which not only improve the look of the truck but also increase its functionality and safety.
