Opel Vivaro interior upholstery - comfort in a rental vehicle

Comfort and atmosphere

In this project we carried out the interior upholstery of an Opel Vivaro used as a rental vehicle. The main goal of the project was to create a more welcoming, comfortable and attractive space for users who spend extended periods in the vehicle.

Materials used

For this project we used two types of foam-backed upholstery materials:

• Self-adhesive Alcantara-type suede on foam
A material with a velvety texture that gives the interior an elegant, rich look. Thanks to the foam layer, the surface is soft to the touch. An additional benefit is a slight sound-dampening effect.

• Premium velour on foam
A soft decorative material with a smooth, pleasant texture. It is also backed with a foam layer, which creates a visually consistent look and increases comfort inside the vehicle. The material conforms well to the upholstered elements.

Thanks to the materials used, the interior of the Opel Vivaro now looks more comfortable and attractive. The upholstery improved the vehicle's visual appeal and increased comfort for passengers who use the van every day.
